- 1Straight after payment, by email. It goes out automatically: nobody has to trigger it by hand.
- 2If the email does not arrive, you can retrieve the key yourself at any time. All you need is your order reference and the email address you ordered with.

- 1You pay for a perpetual licence once and keep using it. There is no subscription and no monthly cost.
- 2Microsoft 365 is a subscription: when payment stops, the programs no longer work as usual.
- 3The version stays the one you bought. Moving to a newer version is a new purchase.
- 1That depends on the option you bought: 1 PC, 2 PCs or more. The price per device falls as the number goes up.

- 1Yes. The invoice is created with your order and can be retrieved from the link in your order confirmation.

- 1With digital content, the right to cancel ends once delivery has begun at your express request — which is exactly what you confirm with the checkbox at the checkout.
- 2That is why the key can be delivered immediately instead of after a waiting period.
- 3If your key does not work, that is not a cancellation but a fault: write to us and we will replace it.
- 1Yes. Activation runs directly through Microsoft.
