Shipping
Our products will be sent to you digitally and by email as soon as we could confirm the receipt of your payment. You will receive an email with installation instructions for the purchased product, a matching activation key or code and a link to install the software. When ordering, please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly to ensure the shipment of the products.
There are no costs from our side for sending by e-mail.
Payment methods and conditions
PayPal
The fastest way to receive your order is usually to pay with PayPal. This payment is made within minutes and has PayPal Buyer Protection, which gives you additional protection as a consumer.
Credit card
Through the system of Paypal you can also pay by credit card. As with payment through PayPal, the payment is confirmed within a few minutes in our system and the order is shipped shortly thereafter.
Bank transfer
Upon completion of the order you will receive the necessary information for a transfer to our bank account. The shipment will take place as soon as we can confirm the receipt of payment. If you send us a receipt of your transfer (e.g. a screenshot), the order will be shipped the same day.
Prices and terms of payment
1 Unless otherwise stated in the Seller’s product description, the prices quoted are total prices that include the statutory value-added tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be indicated separately in the respective product description.
2 In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
3 The payment option(s) will be communicated to the customer in the online store or respective marketplace of the seller.
4 If prepayment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment shall be due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.
5 If payment is made by means of a payment method offered by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.Ã r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “PayPal”), the payment shall be processed via PayPal, subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or – if the customer does not have a PayPal account – subject to the Terms of Payment without a PayPal account, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.
