Right of withdrawal for digital goods

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).
Cancellation policy
You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen days without giving any reason to terminate the contract. From the day of the conclusion of the contract, the withdrawal period is fourteen days.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us: Lisecure.uk, e-mail: support@lisecure.uk by means of a clear, written declaration by e-mail of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you can use the sample revocation form listed below. Since this only serves as a template, its use is voluntary.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of the revocation
As soon as you revoke this contract, we must return to you all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. Unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, the same payment method that you used for the original transaction will be used for the repayment. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
Cancellation reasons
The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has
- 1. has expressly consented to the Contractor commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- 2. has confirmed his knowledge that by his consent he loses his right of withdrawal at the beginning of the execution of the contract.
The consumer’s consent to the expiry of the right of withdrawal is provided in the form of a checkbox before the conclusion of the purchase. The Entrepreneur must provide the Consumer with the opportunity to find out about the current return conditions via this box. By clicking the checkbox and completing the ordering process, the consumer agrees to these conditions.

Return policy
Independently of the legal right of withdrawal (see above), we grant the consumer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. The period ends 30 days after the date of sale.
In order to make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must inform Lisecure.de of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear written statement sent by e-mail to support@lisecure.uk After the legal withdrawal period of 14 days has expired, we require a presentation of the reasons for claiming the money-back guarantee.
The deadline is met if the written revocation is received by us before the expiration of the 30 days.
The refund of your payment will be made according to the right of withdrawal.
The statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by the voluntary extension to 30 days.
